DESIGN-BUILD

 

Design-Build allows the owner/developer to select qualified contractors for the project’s design and installation.  We have optimized the design-build process for both HVAC and Plumbing, thereby delivering the most value to customers from concept through completion. 

  • Design team headed by a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.);
  • Expertise in OSHPD Standards;
  • “LEED” (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accreditation;
  • AutoCAD & CADPIPE designs;
  • Federal, State & Local Agency compliance;
  • In-house sheet metal (duct) and pipe fabrication.

 

 

PLAN-SPEC

 

In contrast to Design-Build, where we design the system, Plan-Spec projects are designed by others.  Our experienced team of HVAC & Plumbing Estimators will determine the projected cost of a particular project, and submit a bid to the respective municipality or general contractor.  If selected, our experienced Project Managers, Foremen & Mechanics will ensure the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

CONTROLS

 

Controls Systems allow consumers to monitor and control airflow in specific zones and at designated times.  Utilizing cutting-edge technology, our systems also enable customers to track potential problems and notify us before there is a disruption in environmental comfort—a significant asset to any commercial, government or medical facility.

Controls Manager, Charles Franks, has a level of expertise rivaled by few today.  Since 1976, he has designed, estimated, installed & managed countless projects throughout the Central Valley.  He is particularly adept at designing complex systems for hospitals, educational facilities & casinos.

 

SERVICE

 

We have a complete heating and air conditioning service department of highly- skilled & trained technicians who are available twenty-four (24) hours per day for residential, commercial & industrial environmental issues.  We can service and repair nearly any heating and cooling system, whether installed by NESMW or another contractor.  Our capabilities include:

  • Chillers, Boiler & DX Cooling system repair;
  • Evap-Condenser & Cooling Tower repair & Water Treatment service expertise;
  • VAV, VVT, DDC, Pneumatic, Electronic, Electric Control repair & service;
  • Service Maintenance Program design & consulting.

 

INDUSTRIAL & LIGHT COMMERCIAL

 

We are able to: (1) fabricate as designed; (2) design & fabricate, or; (3) design, fabricate & install, virtually unlimited types of sheet metal products for industrial and light commercial applications.  Our shop employees are highly-trained in all phases of sheet metal fabrication and layout, utilizing the latest in technology/equipment available.  A few examples include:

 

  • Custom metal roofing;
  • Cupolas;
  • Decorative metal work;
  • Custom kitchen & commercial stainless steel hoods & work counters;
  • Industrial ventilation systems consisting of bag houses, scrubbers, cyclone units, special filter requirements & blower applications.
